Over the past four years at the University of Georgia, my Advertising classes as well as my internship with BrandAlive and involvement on the Marketing team for UGA Miracle have given me the opportunity to get hands-on experience with both traditional and digital media. In this course, I was introduced to the basic understanding of great advertising: consumer insight and solid communication strategy. Throughout the semester, I created taglines, headlines, print and digital ads, and worked on a final campaign.

In my final semester of pursuing my Advertising degree, Advertising & Society helped me develop a framework for confronting the ethical and social issues we face in the advertising industry.

Fall 2022

My capstone course in completing my Advertising courses culminated after everything I had learned from my three years of previous major courses.

 

In my capstone class, I worked as the Creative Head of my team on a semester-long project to create an integrated campaign for LG Electronics, a global Fortune 500 company. We were tasked with creating this campaign for the launch of a new product line in the United States.

 

Throughout the semester, I led the creative team in creating deliverables and developing these executions alongside working with my team of 11. It was an honor to work with my peers and the team at LG to deliver this campaign for them. The materials and deliverables for this campaign are confidential.
